Unless your driver's license says Bruce Willis, however, then it's safe to bet you just like action, and don't find yourself as a regular participant in its chaos. Some may argue that the PSP games library is filled with PS2 ports. Those people are wrong. In fact, it's the PS2 library that's filled with PSP ports! Joining games like Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror and Ratchet and Clank: Size Matters, it appears Secret Agent Clank will be receiving its very own PS2 port. GameFly currently has a listing for a PS2 version of last year's stealth-inspired platformer. Considering the developer's track record, a PS2 port seems quite inevitable.

Activision CFO Thomas Tippl confirmed today that Infinity Ward's shooter will definitely be arriving this holiday season and is, apparently, "looking incredible."

It's February but people are already thinking about heading out to enjoy the Labor Day 2009 weekend. Well, at least the Penny Arcade team is anyway. Today the official Penny Arcade Expo web site launched their pre-registration for their annual fan-oriented PC-video game convention. This year's event will be held on Sept. 4-6 and once again the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle will host the festivities.

The Entertainment Consumers Association has been around for a little while now with their mission to serve as an "advocacy organization for interactive entertainment consumers." Today the non-profit group has launched a separate charity called the ECA Institute which will focus its efforts on scholarships as well as "public policy research and analysis" for all levels of government.

Ubisoft is planning to release the PC version of their near-future RTS game Tom Clancy's EndWar next week but if you hurry up and pre-order the game via Ubisoft's own download store or via Steam you will get a fairly nice free bonus game out of the deal. With your pre-order of EndWar comes the instand and free download of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, the third major installment of the tactical shooter series. Normally the online price via Steam for the game is $9.99. Ubisoft's store also has the minimal and recommended system requirements for the downloadable version of EndWar. In 2007, we believed a car could transform into a robot with the release of the first Michael Bay-directed Transformers movie. At the same time Activision released a game adaptation that was the typical movie-to-game product; completely forgettable and designed mostly as marketing for the movie. Now IGN has the first word and the first screenshots from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, the upcoming game that adapts the sequel film of the same name. Due out around the time of the film in late June Activision got its internal Beenox Studios team to handle the PC version. Unlike the first Activision Transformers game, this new title will add online multiplayer modes. That should at least add some more replay value.
